Interest shall be payable to the bearer by the issuer on maturity at coupon rate fixed in percent (%) per annum, or at specific interest date – at 3 or 6 months intervals after the issue date for long term FC-NID – on the basis of a predetermined coupon rate.

Foreign Currency Type
- Presently denominated in US Dollars.
FC-NID Deposit Amounts
- Minimum of USD 100K per certificate.
- Subsequent additional amount in multiples of USD 50K per certificate.

Interest Rate
- Interest rate is based on the prevailing US Dollar interest rates.
- Interest is calculated based on 360 days basis.
Main Types of FC-NID
- Short term FC-NID : where the maturity date not less than 1 calendar month and not later than 12 calendar months; from date of issue.
- Long Term FC-NID : where the maturity is not earlier than 12 calendar months and not later than 60 calendar months ( 5 years ); from date of issue.
Authorized Depository
- All FC-NID certificates are securely deposited with an Authorized Depository(AD) at all times.
